Closter Animal Welfare Society Inc. (CLAWS) was founded 40 years ago as Lost Pet Service, Inc.
CLAWS is not a shelter. We focus our time and efforts to rescue and foster abandoned or unwanted cats and dogs.With the help of a network of dedicated volunteers, we work to find the best permanent homes for these animals.
